Please find attached a copy of the prescription for my Polly wig - which I adore. I so appreciated all the help that you gave me when I came in to see you on December 4th. I was quite dreading it but you made me feel so comfortable and you had the right wig for me in literally seconds! I feel so confident when I am wearing Polly - it has made a huge impact on my quality of life.
