They point in my direction and say, "She's a woman of "the cloth." An old way of saying I'm ordained clergy. A church pastor, very often in the public eye, I need to look poised and professional.
I was nervous when I pulled into the parking lot of Tiffany Wig for two reasons: one, I never needed a wig before, and two, I'm a transgender woman. All of that changed seconds after I walked in the door and was greeted by Kristine Sanchez. She immediately put me at ease. As I explained my situation, she really listened. Kristine was fully present. She cares! She made suggestions and encouraged me, but I never felt rushed or pressured. I never once felt like I was talking to a salesperson. I am actively in chemo and lost most of my hair very quickly. My hair is long and was a very distinctive feature for me. In a matter of moments I had the right cut, color and texture in my hands. This place has amazing beautiful wigs , worth the money, I get so many compliments and people ask where do I get my hair done. I have a front lace wig and just love it!! The customer service is wonderful , everyone who works there are friendly and compassionate, understanding to why you’re there ! 10 Stars !!
