Dear Anna,

I just wanted to say thank you for your help with my mom Bernie on November 13. The care and time you took with her meant a lot. She's been through so much over the last four months and the kindness you showed made it so much easier.

It was so nice to hear my mom say. "I feel pretty" - something the hasn't said since she started chemo.
