I wanted to thank you & your employees for your patience with my insurance company. After cutting the total almost in half for going “out of network” ( we we’re originally told it wasn’t covered at all so go figure!)
Any way, by the time this was resolved I now have a nice hair cut that I am very comfortable with, but your wig helped me go outside without feeling uncomfortable. Again, thank you & your employees for your help.

I just want to tell you how very, very pleased I am with my wig!
Today was the first day of school (I may have told you that I am a teacher in a private school), and literally dozens of people - parents and teachers - came up to me and told me how great my hair looked. Not one person realized it was a wig. In fact two separate very glamorous mothers of children in my class remarked on my new hairdo and asked me if I would mind telling them the name of my hairstylist! All this just made me even more confident that the wig is so natural-looking. You did a simply beautiful job of styling it.
I want to thank you again so very much - Looking and feeling good is so helpful in getting through this crappy treatment. I really appreciate what you’ve done for me.

Ever since I was a little girl I have been recognized for my long blond hair. 1 year ago I was in a car accident and had damage done to my neck - then my hair started to fall out, I was devastated! What was I to do without any hair on my head? During the winter I was really cold! So finally I decided to try a wig. I was so scared! However, the moment I walk in the store I felt welcomed - you all help me so much and now people don’t even realize I have a wig on! They say that it looks and feels so real, and if I didn’t tell them I had one on they never would of guessed!

Here is the prescription for my friend Francine Wernick of NJ.
We were there on Monday of this week and made a purchase for her chemotherapy prosthesis.
Thank you so much for being so sweet and kind to us. As you well know, this is such a difficult time and it is made easier by lovely ladies like yourselves who treat your customers with such a gentle touch, and even a little badly needed humor. We came a long way to visit your store and were certainly not sorry or disappointed that we did.

I’d like to share with you what wonderful reactions I’m receiving from people about my new wig! Everyone just loves "my hair" - Rosemary did a great job and no one believes it isn't really me. It's such a special feeling to help others, too; a friend brought her mother-in-law with a brain tumor to Lorie, and now I have another friend with breast cancer who will be coming to Lorie with her mother, who had cancer last year. It is such a big lift to be able to put on that wig and know that it looks natural. Really, bless you for the work you do - and please do go for your mammograms; it is so important!
